Circa 1820 house. Lies with Helena Terrace above the towing path on a balustraded
terrace. River front 2 storeys, 4 windows wide. Three storeys to Friars Lane,
3 windows wide the outer blind.
Grey brick with bracketed eaves. Square headed windows. Two segmental bays with
pilaster decorations on ground floor and iron balconies. Entrance on Friars Lane
front with Greek Doric columns in antis.
Interior not seen.
