House. C17 with mid-C19 alterations; restored late C20. Timber-framed, rendered infill, brick refacing, replacement walling and addition; plain tiled roof. Two framed bays aligned north-west/south-east with rebuilt external chimney, detached stack and probably lean-to bread oven at south-east gable end; north-west end extended by one bay during C19 and has a continuous roofline. Single storey and attic with dormers.

Framing: four panels from sill to wall-plate; collar and tie-beam truss with raking struts in south-east gable end.

South-west front elevation: ground floor has two C20 2-light casements with cambered heads and, to right, a row of three large C20 leaded lights; three gabled dormers with two-light C20 casements; main entrance to right of centre has a C20 gabled timber-framed porch and door. Attic light in north-west gable end.

Interior not inspected.
