Cottage. Probably C17. Timber-frame with early C20 extension to
right. Regular panels with wattle-and-daub infill, continuous slate
roof with end chimneys. One storey and attic, 3 raking top dormers;
3 bays; the two left bays C17, the right C20; casements are C20 as is
door and gabled hood to right of timber-framed part. Left external
chimney with detached brick shaft, lower sandstone part enveloped by
later lean-to. Right brick chimney in C20 extension.
