C18 or early C19. Red brick. Tiled roof with gabled ends. Two storeys. First floor segmental headed openings with C19 sash and multi-pane casement. Ground floor sash with glazing bars in moulded casing and two-light casement in segmental headed opening, segmental headed doorway to right with flush-panelled door. Left hand window inserted in blocked carriageway.

Ledbury British Legion club, store adjoining west of former Sergeants House and former Sergeants House form a group.
