Early C19 detached house, forming a group with No 71. Two storeys in white
brick with hipped low pitched slate roof. Three windows, painted stone,
rusticated heads, painted stone cill band to first floor, hung sashes with
glazing bars. Centre porch with 2 Tuscan columns and entablature. 6-panel
door, 'Adam' fanlight. Moulded wood gutter on widely spaced modillion blocks
to eaves.
