Terrace house. 1798-1801. Rendered brick with slate roof. Four
storeys and basement with rusticated ground floor and parapet to roof
with stack to left. Three sashes on 2nd and 3rd floors, and 3 French
windows on 1st floor, with 3 bay verandah with cusped valancing, wooden
balustrade and simple wooden brackets. Two keyed segmentally headed
sashes on ground floor, with half-glazed door to right with semi-circular
fanlight at head of flight of 3 steps. Two sashes to basement with
half-glazed door. Spear head rails with urn-finial principals.
