House, now clubhouse. Early C18, altered mid C20. Rendered with inter-
locking tiled roof. Two storeys and attic with basement on plinth with
boxed eaves to roof with Dutch shaped gables, 3 flat roofed dormers and
stacks to end left and to end right. Four sashes on first floor, and 2
on ground floor, with basement openings to left and to right. Central
boarded door in rusticated porch with cornice, parapet and sidelights.
Additional 2 storey and parapet range to left in red brick with 1 glazing
bar sash with gauged head to each floor. Large additions to rear of
varying dates. Shown on Collard and Hurst (1822 and 1735 plan of
Ramsgate (see Busson, 70).
