House pair. 1830's. Stock brick, part painted, with slate roof. Three storeys
and basement, with cornice parapet and stacks to centre and to right. Glazing
bar sash, blank window space and wooden casement on 2nd and 1st floors.
Canted bays on ground floor, with replacement windows to left and sashes to
right and extended to basement. Half-glazed door to centre and glazed door to
right, both with semi-circular fanlight. Simple rails to steps and to basement
with ball finials to principals. Included for group value.
