Cl6 or earlier restored timber-framed cottage, now of U-shape. Oldest part,
in centre, shows square framing. Left projecting wing of close-set vertical
timbering, probably Cl6. Right projecting wing a modern reproduction. Both
wings gabled. Plaster filling. Modern leaded casements. Tile hung 1st floor
on South side. Inside much exposed timber and inglenook. Tudor chimney stack
in centre part, but roof much altered. Queen post roof with wmnd braces in
left part.
