Early C19 stucco elevations of 2 storeys with projecting eaves and gutter, Welsh
slate roof with one end hipped and projecting gable end to left with ornamental
painted bargeboards and circular plaster medallion in centre. Stucco elevations
with incised lines in imitation of stone courses with gable end projection to
left with circular medallion in plaster relief and 2 tiers of ornamental flat
pilasters at corners. Continuous moulded plaster bands, stepped and raised
over windows on both floors. Sash windows throughout with lst floor windows
ornamented with Regency Gothic tracery. On ground floor, centre projecting
glazed porch with rounded pilasters on either side of outer door and inner panelled
door with fanlight of Regency Gothic tracery. Mouldings around windows on both
floors picked out with ornamental plaster scroll bracket. The whole house has
recently been well restored and painted throughout preserving its original Regency
features.
