Second quarter of C19, 2-storey, 3-window villa. Moderately low pitched slated
roof. Red brick with 1st floor band. Diaper of blue headers on returns. Sash
windows with glazing bars in exposed moulded frames, those on ground floor under
rusticated stucco arches. Door of 3 and 2 panels under patterned rectangular
fanlight, in doorcase of sunk panel pilasters and cornice hood.
