William D'eath's memorial brass. Lady on the left is his first wife, who bore him 10 sons and 6 daughters. To the right is his second wife, Anne. He co-founded Dartford Grammar School. On 24/3/1576 William Vaughan & his son-in-law William D'eath & Edward Gwynn executed deed conveying house & garden on High Street to trustees, with the purpose of using the rent from the house to pay a master for the Grammar School.
