Mid C19. Three storeys stuccoed on front elevation. Slate roof. Parapet. Four rusticated pilasters running through the whole height. Three sashes with glazing bars intact with cornices and console brackets over. The first floor has French windows and cast iron anthemion motif balconettes. Contemporary bar front. Other elevations are rendered.
