House. Late C18. Gault brick; tiled mansard roof with ridge
stack. 2 storeys; one window range with a 4-pane horned sash
under rubbed brick flat arch to each floor and a doorway to right
with panelled reveals and pilasters; panelled door under
rectangular overlight with glazing bars. Parapet with cornice
band and stone coping to both front and rear elevations, the
latter with one 12-pane horned sash under flat arch, with
external shutters. Ground floor obscured by later addition that
extends to street. This building is the least altered house in
this late C18 development. Interior not inspected. The front
of the house faces Pleasant Row which was laid out in 1786.
