Bank barns. Rubble with limestone quoins to right-hand end, graduated
greenslate roof, stone ridge. Range of barns over cowhouses in 3 builds: left
hand portion possibly C17 with roof raised during C18, middle early C19, right
hand part later C19 with C15 or early C16 traceried window inserted. Left hand
portion has 3 doors and 1 window with stone or timber lintels and C20 loading
door above; central portion 6 doors, with winnowing door over, all in segmental
arched openings with dressed stone voussoirs; right hand part is gabled and has
3 openings with timber lintels, and inserted traceried window above. Interior:
central section has 5 bays with C19 trusses. Remainder of interior could not
be inspected.
