Dated 1809. Two and a half storeys, balanced composition. Coursed rubble with slate
roof, coped end verges. Stone ridge chimneys; 3 light-gabled dormers. Casement
windows. Nos 3 and 6 form slight breaks with lunette windows in pedimented gables
over inscription panels (No 3 blank): bracketed name panel over and date panel.
One window on 1st floor and 2 on ground floor flanking door. Other houses in pairs
with centralised doorways. Nos 1, 4, 5, 7 and 8 retain original bracketed porches
with segmental gabling. Panelled doors, except for No 3 which is modern. Two windows
each, segment-headed, outer 3-light inner, over doors, 2-light. Rear: tiled roofs,
Nos 1-4 stone tiled. Several outbuildings survive.
