The Lodge
GV II

Gates, gate piers and railings. Built c.1834 probably for the
Rogers family. Ashlar piers, cast iron gates and railings, 'u'-
shaped entrance way. Square piers off centre left with moulded
pyramidal cappings and dentil decoration. Cast iron double gates
with foliate-headed points, railings of similar design, set on low
wall, linking subsidiary piers.
