Large town house, now shops and offices, in terrace. Mid C18.
Ashlar with cornice and blocking course, Cotswold stone slate roof
with large brick end stack to left. Large single range with rear
wings. 3 storeys and attic. 5 windows, 12-pane sashes with
moulded stone architraves. 1st floor windows also have cornices
and alternately triangular and segmental pediments, over pulvinated
friezes, and bull-nosed sills. Ground floor has 4 windows as 2nd
floor, with central doorcase with stone architrave and acanthus
carved brackets supporting projecting wooden pediment. 6 flush
panel door in deep reveal, with decorative rectangular fanlight. 5
hipped dormers with 6-pane sashes.
Interior largely altered.
