barns at Little House)

Stableblock. C19. Coursed squared dressed limestone. Stone slate
roof. Two rectangular blocks linked at one corner to form an 'L'-
shaped-plan. Both blocks comprise stabling with lofts over.
Access to lofts via stone steps up to early plank doors with strap
binges in the gable ends of each block. Two double-width openings
with concrete lintels to the right-hand block. Stable doors set
back within in both openings. Narrow plank door to left.
Shuttered window with ironwork trellis at centre of the first
floor. Two stable doors to the ground floor of the left-hand
block. Single top opening 6-pane window between the doorways.
Similar window to first floor. Interior not inspected.
