Detached cottage (formerly 2 cottages). Early-mid C18. Coursed
squared and dressed limestone with large quoins. Stone slate roof.
Ashlar stacks (one restored C20). Rectangular plan with extensions
to both gable ends. Main body; 2 storey, 3-windowed facade mostly
lit by C18 two-light double-chamfered stone-mullioned casements.
Two 3-light C20 stone-mullioned casements to the right-hand bay,
the upper casement is set within a gabled stone half-dormer. All
casements with leaded panes. C20 part-glazed plank door to C20
gabled porch off-centre right. Single-storey lean-to with a single
plank door to the left gable end. Single-storey, single bay
extension to the right gable end also with a single C20 plank door.
Gable-end stacks with moulded cappings. Flat coping at gable ends.
Interior not inspected.
