churchyard of the Church of St.
Peter, c5m south of south aisle

Pedestal tomb. Early C18. Limestone. Partially legible
inscriptions on all four sides to members of the Newman family.
Inscription at east end includes the date 1735. Moulded plinth.
Double bombe sides. Corners inset. Capping with moulded margin.
Square moulded plinth supporting a large ball finial above. Carved
scroll either side of plinth.
