House/office at end of row. Late C18-early C19, possibly a
rebuilding of an earlier house. Coursed squared and dressed
limestone, slate roof, one ashlar stack, one C20 stack imitating
ashlar. Rectangular main body with 2 extensions at rear.
Symmetrical, 2-storey, 4-windowed facade, all 12-pane sashes to
first floor. Two wide sashes with marginal glazing bars to ground
floor. Central 5-panel door with glazed light over. All openings
with plain architraves with keystones. Boot scraper left of front
door. Band and parapet matching facade of Walton House above first
floor windows. Tall 3-light stone-mullioned window with stopped
hood at rear. Two moulded stone corbels supporting corrugated iron
hood over door at rear. Stacks at gable ends. Ashlar stack with
moulded capping. Interior not inspected.
