Former stable and coach house, now part of public house. Late C18;
C19 addition to rear. Coursed rubble limestone with ashlar
dressings; asbestos slate roof. Brick to rear outshut. Coach
house has loft over. Front: central segmental arched coachway
with plank doors; flanking round-arched openings, partly blocked
to form lunettes. Central upper floor segmental arched recess
flanked by blocked lunettes. North end: brick segmental arched
loft opening with brick vented.infill. Rear: catslide roof to
rear outshut with timber lintels to C19 timber casements.
Interior not inspected. Building is linked to Crown and Anchor
Hotel which is not of special interest.
