GV II

Small detached house. Early C17. Timber-framed; partly rebuilt in
brick; roughcast rendered; brick chimneys; thatched roof. Single-
storey with attic; 2-room plan; outshut on south east side. Front:
roughcast; central plank door flanked by small-paned casements, all
with C19 architraves; scalloped decoration to thatched ridge.
North east end: gabled; brick to ground floor, roughcast above;
central projecting chimney stack; 2 cambered-headed ground floor
casements; single C19 attic casement. Back: square framing with
brick infill, partly obscured by weatherboarded outshut with lean-
to roof; jowled corner posts; single thatched dormer. South west
end: roughcast gabled end; ridge-mounted brick chimney; 2
casements.
