Detached house. C17, modified. Painted rubble or cut stone, painted brick,
unpainted irregular alternating quoin stones, concrete tile, main stack
left, right gable coped. An L-plan formed by addition of brick wing to
back of original, and in two parts divided by gabled 2-storey porch. Left
of porch is one bay 1½ storeys, small 3-light gabled dormer over 2-light
C19 casement with bars, to right is 2½ storeys, with stone string and drop-
ped keystone over ground floor window, here small 3-light dormer with
replacement window immediately over 2-light casement with bars, over same
at ground floor. C20 door under flat hood to central porch.Interior has
wide fireplace, left, with chamfered slightly pointed between, deep cham-
fered beams, and in upper floor some framed partitions with wattle and daub.
