8/138 Goldwell Farmhouse

Farmhouse. C18. Coursed, squared stone; stone slate roof to
front, concrete tile to rear. Three-window, 2 1/2-storey front,
sloping down to single-storey rear, 2 rooms deep, all of one build.
Front, facing garden: plinth, double French doors up one stone
step, glass panel over, beaded arris, stone lintel. Either side a
3-light mullion window, right-hand one partly converted to doorway
and back to window. First floor similar windows each end, 2-light
in centre. Two hipped dormers, 2-light casements. Ashlar gable
chimneys, moulded caps. Interior not inspected.
