SO 92 SE PRESTBURY -

10/35 Piccadilly Farmhouse

Detached farmhouse. Probably late C18. Coursed squared and
dressed limestone. Artificial stone slate roof with an artificial
stone stack on an ashlar stump. Concrete tile roof to porch.
Rectangular plan. C20 conservatory and lean-to porch, not of
special interest. Three storeys with cellar at right end. Four-
windowed facade. All 2-light stone-mullioned casements (two now
blocked). Former central front door now blocked. Early plank door
off-centre right within a stone-built porch with hipped roof.
Stone-mullioned casements in gable ends lighting attic. Single
light and 2-light stone-mullioned casements in rear wall. One 2-
light wood casement. Single axial stack. Flat coping and roll-
cross saddle at gable ends.
Interior; cellar with limestone barrel vault.
