Early C19. Three storeys and basement yellow brick, the ground floor and
basement rusticated stucco. Roof concealed by parapet stone coping and moulded
eaves cornice. One window, with shell tympanum above first floor French window.
Cast iron balconette. Simple doorcase. Cast iron area railings.
