SU 74 SE BINSTED THE STREW

4/84 River Hill Farmhouse

II

House. Mainly early C19. Brick and tile. Symmetrical front (east) of 2 storeys,
attic and basement, 3 windows. Plain roof, 2 C20 flat-roofed dormers. Red brick
walls in Flemish bond, high plinth with cambered openings, stone cills. Sashes
in reveals. ½-glazed door in a plain opening, with an open porch having a moulded
canopy on 2 square posts, above a flight of 8 stone steps, with wrought iron side
rails.
