Farmhouse and oast. C16, late C18, with C20 extensions. Stone and brick, tile and slate. A four bay timber framed house, with later cladding of part with the oast attached, forming an L-shape, with C20 additions to the house (in the angle) and to the oast.

One storey and attic, above a base, which is deep on the north side, north elevation with one gabled dormer, three windows. The roof is half-hipped at the west end. The frame is exposed in the centre, with mostly brick but some stone infill, there is a short brick section west of this, and a larger east side section of malmstone with brick quoins, the base wall being mainly of brickwork. Casements. Two boarded doors. The east gable has exposed framing in the upper part, malmstone walls with brick dressings (quoins, chamfered surrounds to the window). The south side shows altered features and C20 additions of brickwork with flat roofs, (of one and two storeys).

The oast, of two storeys, is almost square of malmstone ashlar with brick quoins, the half-hipped roof of slate being very steep. The lower extensions to the oast are of corrugated iron. The west gable of the house part (abutting a higher ground level) has light framing with brick infill, and lower walls of English bond.
