Early C19. 2 storeys; 3 bays wide. Colour-washed stucco; slate hipped roof.
Ground floor with plain central door, a large bow window left and right and covered
by a flat veranda on 4 slender columns. 1st floor with sash windows. Deep eaves
with pairs of brackets over the windows and at the corners.
