C18/early C19. A terrace of cottages. Nos 40 and 41, painted brick, Nos 42 and
43, red brick with grey brick headers. Brick stringcourse at 1st floor sill.
Old tiled, hipped roof. 2 storeys. 8 windows in all, casements, some with glazing
bars and cambered head linings to those of ground floor. Centre rear 1 storey
cross wing.
Nos 37 to 43 (consec) form a group (Nos 37 to 39 are of local interest).
