Earlier C19. Stuccoed facade with quoins flanking 1st floor. Eaves band, cornice
and parapet. 2 storeys. 3 windows, sashes with glazing bars set in moulded stucco
architraves. Ground floor has public house front under entablature with cornice,
frieze and architrave. Pilasters between bays, panels beneath windows. Off centre
door.
All the listed buildings on High Street and Union Street, with the listed street
lamps form a group, together with Nos 1 and 2 and the Parish Church of St Peter
and St Paul, Church Place and with the Red Lion Hotel and No 10 East Street. (No
