Parish Church. 1885-90 by Sir T G Jackson for Lord Northbrook. Chapel to
Micheldever Church. Chalk cased with knapped flint with Chilmark stone-
dressings, roof plain tiled. Chancel, nave with N tower at E with short N
aisle to W side. Windows 2-light perpendicular and similar arched doorway.
South porch tiled, gabled timber-frame with plaster infill quatrefoiled
barge boards. Regular buttresses with offsets. 5-light perpendicular end
windows. Tower and east end have plinth with dressed stone flush work
arcades with flint infill. Square tower has SE stair turret, 2 - 2-light,
perpendicular louvres at top stage, and cedar shingled broach spire.
Inside decorated arch brace roof, memorials and crest to Barings and un-
altered contemporary furnishings. Early electric light fittings.
