SP 05 SW CHURCH LENCH CP LOW ROAD (east side)

8/44 Beehive Cottage

House. C17 with C20 restoration. Timber-frame with painted brick and
rendered infill, thatched roof. L-plan, limbs extending west and south,
main stack external on south gable. West front: gabled wing to left with
half-hipped roof; one storey with attic lit by gable window to cross-wing
and eyebrow dormer to other range; ground floor: cross-wing blind; entrance
in angle through glazed C20 porch with tiled roof, to right a 2-light C19
casement. Framing: two rectangular panels high to cross-wing; three square
panels high with straight tension braces to main range.
