SP 05 SW CHURCH LENCH CP MAIN STREET (north side)

8/47 The Steps

House. C17 with mid-C19 and C20 alterations. Timber-frame with painted
brick and rendered infill, tile roof. Two framed bays aligned east/west,
extended brick stack to west gable. One storey with attic lit by two
gabled dormers; three windows: two 2-light casements, and the central one
of one light; entrance to left of centre approached by stone steps.
Framing: three square panels with striaght tension braces to east gable;
gable truss: three struts to collar with V-struts in apex.
