Outbuilding and attached garden wall. Early C19 with later
alterations. Red brick with plain tile roof, brick gable stacks
half way down the pitch of the roof and stepped brick eaves
band. Garden walls with flat stone or chamfered brick copings.
Outbuilding, single storey plus attic and two bays. South
elevation has segment headed door to west with early C19 bowed
half glazed panelled door. To east is an inserted half glazed
door with hipped roof dormer over. East gable wall has a
segment headed small pane window to ground floor and blind
segment headed window above. North elevation has segment headed
doorcase to west and an inserted fixed pane window to east with
segment headed window beyond which has a bowed fixed pane
window. Interior has an oval room between the two western doors
with a plaster cornice, but is otherwise very simple. Garden
wall attached to south-west corner is about 10 feet high and
runs south, then turns to west to connect with the hall.
