Early to mid C19. 3 storeys and attics stuccoed. Slate roof with dormers.
2 windows, mainly sashes retaining some glazing bars. 2nd floor windows
have cast iron balconettes. Good 2 storey cast iron tented verandah
with anthemion motif balustrading. Ground floor has one 3 light canted
bay and right side round-headed doorcase with pilasters and keystones.
