Early C19. 3 storeys stuccoed. Modern pantiled roof. 3 windows. Cast
iron 'Heart and Honeysuckle' motif balcony on cast iron supports. Doorcase
has console brackets and fanlight. The only complete remaining example of
the early C19 terrace houses built on Marine Parade.
