House. c1830, additions early C20. Colourwashed brick.
Machine-tile roofs. 2 storeys and dormer attic and added
lantern. 2-window range. C20 half-glazed door right of centre
set within a fluted timber doorcase with panelled reveals.
Simple entablature with guttae. One 2/2 horned sash to left
under a gauged skewback arch and a small added C20 window to
right. Two 2/2 sashes to first floor, with gauged skewback
arches. Timber eaves cornice with bent iron stays shaped after
Art Nouveau designs. Mansard roof, the lower slope with 2
flat-topped dormers with 2-light casements and clasping corner
pilasters and more Art Nouveau stays. Look-out on a leaded
plinth is square with two 2-light casements to each face.
Clasping corner pilasters with Art Nouveau stays again and a
low pyramid roof. Main roof with internal gable-end stacks.
