Cottage. Probably circa early C18. Rendered rubble walls and projecting front
lateral stack. Asbestos slate roof hipped to left and gabled to right.
Original plan obscured by later alterations likely to have been either 1 or 2 room
plan cottage with front lateral stack to left hand room. C20 additions at rear and
right hand side.
2 storeys. Asymmetrical 2 window front of C20 2-light casements with glazing bars
on first floor. C20 bay windows to right on ground floor. C20 glazed door at right
gable end behind C20 conservatory. At left gable end on ground floor are 2
adjoining 2-light casements with small panes, the left-hand one C20, the right-hand
one C19, under rendered stone/slate dripcourse.
Interior: inaccessible at time of survey but no original features visible.
