Detached stuccoed thatched house of 2 storeys and 1 storey, part of roof
forming verandah to south. The south front has 3 windows the centre one
a full length sash with marginal glazing. The verandah has trellis sup-
ports. The west front has 5 thatched gables at varying levels. One French
window with marginal glazing and semi-circular head with swagged radial
glazing, one other French window and 3 casements all with marginal glazing.
The house has probably had alterations and additions at various times
but forms a good terminal feature to Clifton Place.
