Circa 1840. 3 storeys stucco faced symmetrical front with incised quoins.
Low pitch gable end slate roof with projecting eaves. 3 windows to 2nd
floor, recessed sashes, no glazing bars. 2 storey stucco bows to left
and right on ground and first floors of 3 sash windows each floor. Moulded
cornices, leaded roofs. Central 1st floor French window, with marginal
glazing, giving on to roof of enclosed stucco porch. Round headed entrance
and round headed side windows. Projecting moulded cornice with Victorian
iron balustrade above. The door is deeply recessed of 2 flush panels
and 2 round headed lights. Rectangular fanlight with large oval pane.
Panelled reveals and soffit. Broad architrave case.
Forms a group with Barton Cottage, Garden Wall to road of Barton Cottage,
Woodlands Cottage, Garden Wall to Woodlands Cottage, Coburg Road.
