(Formerly listed as Cowshed on west side of farmyard, approximately 90 metres east of church of St John)

Converted cowshed and hayloft. Probably late C17. Timber-framed and weatherboarded, with some exposed brick infill and tile roof. Framed in three rows of square panels. West side, facing road, has two window openings with a door between them. South gable wall has doorway at left, and a first floor entrance to a hayloft.

Interior: trusses appear to have interrupted tie-beams.
