Farmhouse. C18, altered C20. Timber-framed with painted brick infill,
sandstone plinth and stacks with detached brick shafts, hipped tiled roof.
Two rooms deep with central entrance and end stacks, C20 glazed lean-to
to rear. Two storeys, two windows with 2-light glazing bar casements,
similar windows flank gabled brick porch with ledged inner door. Framing
is largely complete, four square panels from sill to wall-plate.
