House. C17, altered C20. Timber-framed with part painted brick and
part wattle-and-daub infill, largely roughcast to west and north, sand-
stone plinth and stack, partly rebuilt with brick, brick shaft and later
addition, tiled roof. Two framed bays aligned north/south with addition
to north, south gable end stack and bread oven and entry through lean-to
porch. Single storey and attic; west front, gabled dormer to left of
centre with 2-light glazing bar casement window, three windows to ground
floor, left window with segmental head, similar 2-light casement windows,
lean-to porch to right with large window and half-glazed door to south.
Framing largely complete, revealed at rear, three square panels from sill
to wall-plate with angle bracing from main post to wall-palte.
