Barn. C18 incorporating two altered cruck trusses of earlier structure,
roof altered mid-C19. Timber-framed, weatherboard cladding, sandstone
plinth, slate roof. Three framed bays aligned north-west/south-east with
central threshing floor. Two central cruck trusses, cut at ridge to
accommodate later pitch. The barn occupies a prominent position in the
farmyard close to Little Catley Farmhouse (qv).
