Farmhouse. C16, altered late C19 with C20 restoration. Timber-framed
with part wattle-and-daub, part painted brick infill; sandstone plinth.
C20 Bradstone slate roof. Three framed bays aligned north/south, through-
passage and gable-end stacks. Two storeys and attics. East front: three
slightly projecting windows, 7-light C20 casement flanks 5-light C20 case-
ment, two 3-light C20 casement windows flank square-headed doorway with C20
ledged door. Framing: close-studding to ground floor, replaced by stone to
east, four square panels above to wall-plate, moulded main posts and moulded
bressummers supporting projecting windows to upper floor of east front.
Interior: largely altered with C19 staircase inserted into through-passage,
semi-circular headed doorways remain to ground floor, though now blocked.
