Circa 1800-30 short row of two-storey sandstone "brick" cottages similar to
Nos 63 to 75 (odd). Stone slate roofs. Sill bands. Two-light square mullion
windows in squared surrounds. Square jamb doorways. Included for group value
in core of Old Dolphin Hamlet.
