Smirk Yard is situated to north-east of No 32. C18, altered early-mid C19.
2 storeys 2 windows on 1st floor (formerly 3.) Brick built, older brick below;
stucco lintels on ground floor. Pantile roof with raised verges and 2 brick
chimneys. Glazing bars to windows: casements No 1, Sashes No 2 which also has
one Yorkshire sash on ground floor to left. Flush moulded frames.
